Good news for Big Brother lovers

MultiChoice and DStv have both officially announced BIG BROTHER TITANS!, which will surely be one of the biggest seasons of the Big Brother franchise to date. Live coverage of this will begin on January 15, 2023, on DStv.

In this unique Big Brother episode, a few housemates from South Africa and Nigeria will compete for the ultimate prize. Big Brother Titans will run until April, and the winner will get a cash prize of R2 million, according to executive head of programming for M-Net Channels Nomsa Philiso.

Big Brother Titans is a special version of the well-known television show Big Brother. The two television sensations BBNaija and BB Mzansi are combined in this special edition. We are placing roommates from two GIANT countries, South Africa and Nigeria, together under one roof to offer entertainment consumers across the continent a display of great drama beyond anything they have ever seen. On January 15, 2023, the biggest TV takeover will start, and we advise our viewers to get ready. It promises a ton of South African and Nigerian swag, banter, romance, and everything in between.

“In addition to other prizes, the victor of this clash of the giants will get R2 million. DStv fans must vote to keep their favorite housemates on the show. According to Ms. Philiso, the winner will also be decided after 72 days by votes submitted by African viewers.

The final season of Big Brother Mzansi saw Michelle Mphowabadimo Vundla walk away with R1 million. Mpho acknowledged Mzansi in her acceptance speech. The 27-year-old sangoma from Daveyton stated she was paralyzed with fear before to the announcement of the winner.

I’m glad to be here,” Mphowabadimo said to Lawrence Maleka, the host of BBMzansi. Although I’m nervous and excited, I’m also glad to be here. She reflected on her time in the home, which lasted the full 10 weeks, and said, “It has changed me a lot. I have developed and healed, and I am now a bigger person than I was when I first came into the house. I value the chance that has come my way. I won’t ever be the same again.
